Photo-Textile Interleaving Tissue, 25#, 40 gsm is an unbuffered, high-purity, 100% cotton all rag sheet developed to meet the highest quality standards for the storage of photographs, textiles and works of art on paper. Made with a very soft, smooth finish to prevent damage to negatives and prints by abrasion, this natural white, 100% cotton rag paper is sulfur-free. Photo-Textile Interleaving Tissue's pH value: 6.8 to 7.2 at time of manufacture. Fiber distribution and formation of this paper is excellent. Use for general storage of photograph collections; storage of textiles for which the alkaline environment of a buffered paper is considered undesirable, e.g. leather, wool, fur and silk; interleaving and wrapping of works of art on paper where buffering is not desired; storage of silver and artifacts.
